Download WPF Toolkit from this link WPF Toolkit - October 2008 Release

The most disappointed thing I noticed in Silverlight Toolkit is  Menu is not included in the list. I was expecting menu to be included in the final release of Silverlight. The cool things I noticed in the SilverlightToolkit is that two important layout Panel, DockPanel and WrapPanel has been included. You'll also able to find TreeView in the Control's list which think might play a crucial role in developing rich data driven application. To add this in your VS Toolbox check Andie Beaulieu's site.  To download SilverlightTookit visit here .
