* Around 10 years of total experience in IT industry out of which 2 years in CGI-PERL, 8 years in Microsoft technologies. * TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect * Possess good Requirement Analysis, Architectural, Design and Development skills. * Has thorough exposure in OOAD and RUP * Has thorough Implementation and Deployment skill in .NET – Writing proof-of-concept, prototype development. * Extensive hands on experience in other UI technologies like Macromedia Flash MX 2004. * Appoint, motivate, mentor and co-ordinate project team members. * Provide technical assistance, training, induction and guidance to team members. * Continuously identify scope for new customer engagements and suggest required solutions & actions to enhance customer relationship and as a result to acquire new business. * Plan, Manage, Monitor, Control and Deliver End-to-end solutions and Managed Services and be responsible for overall progress of the projects/services and direct & control allocated technical project teams. * Periodically analyze and evaluate quality and level of support/services through metrics, status report, and customer meetings and improve/propose new solution.
